Scan Me Box Giveaway - Official Rules

Sponsor: Retail Therapy (“Sponsor”).

Giveaway Period: The Scan Me Box Giveaway begins September 29, 2026 and ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit the Scan Me Box Giveaway entry page and submit your first name and valid email address. No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person/email address.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one Scan Me Box from Retail Therapy, featuring an exclusive QR-code T-shirt and surprise extras. Retail value: approximately $50. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize, including standard U.S. shipping, will be provided at no cost to the winner.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry. The winner will be asked to provide their T-shirt size and shipping information so the prize can be fulfilled. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Email Communications: By entering, entrants agree to receive email communications from Retail Therapy, including information about Scan Me Club, products, promotions, and offers. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating as intended, subject to applicable law.

Privacy: Information submitted in connection with this giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway and, as disclosed at entry, for Retail Therapy email communications.
