Returns for Apparel

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit for the purchase amount (no cash refunds).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Returns for Spa Boxes

Due to the nature of our spa products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used boxes.

Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

To qualify, the box must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit via a digital gift card that can be used toward future purchases.

Store credit does not expire.
How to Start a Return
Please email hello@retailtherapyshop.com or support@petalandpoisebox.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address.
