We want you to love every purchase, and we’re here to make sure your experience is fair and transparent.

Returns for Apparel

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a store credit for the purchase amount (no cash refunds).

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returns for Spa Boxes

  • Due to the nature of our spa products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used boxes.

  • Unopened boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • To qualify, the box must be in its original, unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened spa boxes or beauty products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized apparel

Store Credit

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit via a digital gift card that can be used toward future purchases.

  • Store credit does not expire.

How to Start a Return

Please email hello@retailtherapyshop.com or support@petalandpoisebox.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address.
