Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier, typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at hello@retailtherapyshop.com.

We’ll assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement when possible.

Preorders & Subscription Boxes

  • Petal & Poise subscription and limited-edition boxes may have specific shipping windows listed in the product description.
  • Preorders will ship as soon as they become available, and you’ll receive tracking once fulfilled.
