How much does membership cost?
The first 25 members receive the founding rate of $29.99 per month with free shipping for as long as their membership remains active. Regular membership will be $39.99 per month plus $5 shipping.
What sizes are available?
Scan Me Club T-shirts are available in unisex sizes XS through 4X. A size guide should be reviewed before selecting your membership size.
How will I choose my shirt size?
You will select your preferred size when joining. Details for changing your size will be provided with your membership information.
Can I change my shipping address or T-shirt size?
Yes. Changes to your shipping address, T-shirt size, or other membership details must be submitted by the 15th of the month to ensure they can be applied to the next shipment.
When will my shirt ship?
Monthly shipments are sent between the 10th and 15th of each month. Each shipment is intended for the following month—for example, the shirt shipped in September is considered October's T-shirt.
When will I be billed?
All memberships are billed automatically on the first day of each month using the credit card on file.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You may pause your membership by the last day of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming monthly shipment. If the pause deadline is missed, the pause will take effect the following month.
How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month's membership, cancellation requests must be received by the 15th of the current month so inventory can be adjusted before production begins. Cancellations submitted after the 15th will take effect the following month. Membership fees already charged are non-refundable, and any shipment already paid for will still be fulfilled.
Can I exchange or return my shirt?
Because each monthly shirt is selected and prepared specifically for members, returns will not be accepted. Size or quality concerns should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed.
Can I choose the monthly design?
No. The monthly design is part of the surprise, and all members receive the same featured shirt each month. Special orders may be available separately; contact customer service for details.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Follow the care instructions printed on the T-shirt label and any additional care instructions included in your shipment.
What happens if the QR code does not work?
Contact customer service right away so the issue can be reviewed and troubleshooting assistance can be provided. If the QR code cannot be fixed, a replacement T-shirt will be mailed to the member.
